Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sizzle Lighters. The following terms and conditions outline our shipping policy.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow extra time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $100.00 (before tax) qualify for FREE shipping.
  • Shipping rates for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada
  • Continental United States
  • Hawaii

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, you must also provide a valid street address along with your Canadian postal code or U.S. ZIP code to ensure successful delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Sizzle Lighters is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Be sure to:

  • Save all packaging materials
  • Keep damaged items
  • Take clear photos of the damage

These will be required when filing your claim.

Import Duties and Tariffs

For shipments to the United States:

  • Customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or tariffs upon delivery.
  • Duties may apply even on small orders due to U.S. trade policy changes in 2025.
  • These fees are not included in your Sizzle Lighters order total and are collected by the carrier at delivery.
